I want to show my wife how much I appreciate what she does for our kids and me. Any suggestions???

It’s wonderful that you want to show appreciation to your wife, what a good husband you are! I have a couple suggestions. Leave her 5 love notes around the house that she will find telling her wonderful things you love about her. Create a romantic eve in your bedroom complete with a tray of sweets, beverage w/champagne glasses, rose petals on the bed, and soft music playing. Start by telling her how much you love her and how beautiful you think she is and asking her to dance….. Your staging will show her that you care enough to make everything special for her.

I’ve been having trouble reconnecting with my husband. We are raising 3 kids and we both work. Any idea how we could get that magic back?
Hi Cathy,
It’s perfectly normal for a busy life to get in the way of having fun with our spouses. If you are able to get a sitter, I would suggest surprising him with a date you can both enjoy, pack a picnic lunch, throw a football or Frisbee in the car, include your favorite foods and beverages, throw in a book of poems or even just a couple you find on-line… after a good meal and throwing the ball around, lay your head in his lap and read him a poem. If you can’t get a sitter, surprise him with a few sexy texts throughout the day and when the kids go to bed, turn the lights off, light candles, put your head in his lap and then read him a poem. Ask him to carry you to bed.

I’ll be away from my husband for a few days. How can I let him know I’ll be thinking about him even though I won’t be able to contact him?
Hi Kim,
I would suggest leaving little fun notes for him in places he can find them while you’re away…. Hide in the silverware drawer, in his sock drawer, in the pocket of a favorite shirt or coat you’re sure he’ll wear, in the refrigerator, on the tv remote….. make them fun and sexy and he’ll be anxiously awaiting your return.
